- 1 / 5By donna perrettI was traveling from out of state and normally I love dunkin. Not in Orland park. I went there Friday morning and the customer service was totally unacceptable. My food and coffee were fine, but I decided to blow it off the next day. I went back two days later and they were out of expresso. This doesn't affect my order but it did my friends, they were very rude and unprofessional. I have never been spoken to that way at a resturant! I will never return to this location! I work in customer service and would never treat people the way that I was treated this morning!May 22, 2017
