  This place is disgusting!!!! There is over 10 booths that are dirty!!!! I ask for a booth they want to see me at a table because there is no booths available. I asked about the clean booths and they said they are not available at this time. Because there is not enough waitresses. Plus now it's been 25 waitress has not even came up takeout order. I cannot leave because my kids are screaming and crying they want play and eat here!!!!!! I went up to the three people that are basically standing at the counter and doing nothing and they said they will get somebody to my table. When somebody's available. Didn't even apologize!!!!!!

  I called in early in the day to ask for information about a group of 10. I was told that they normally seat only 8 people to a table but wouldn't mind putting 2 extra chairs. We arrived around 650pm only to wait over an hour for a table and still not be seated but watch two other large groups get seated before us even though they came after. I went to ask how long of wait was left and the person upfront, Matty, told me that it wasn't about how long of a wait we had but how many people in our group so I'm assuming we could wait for the whole day and still not be seated if groups smaller than 10 came in. I've never visited this location before but honestly it will be the last, I've never heard of such a rule to allow other groups be seated before the first come first serve, they should be able to accommodate using more tables if they can only seat 8 people to a table.

  It's a fun time, my biggest issue is the other patrons.
  A lot of the more popular games are out of order tonight which is a bummer but we have enough games here to have fun regardless. I'd come on Wednesday if you plan to come for half priced games!
